I have run Gladding Digital since 2018. Before that I worked in-house, then in agencies, mostly in copywriting and strategy. It is still how I work: find what needs saying and doing, then do only that.
Clients have ranged from start-ups to brands you have heard of, across charities, trades and professional services. The breadth is the point. Most digital problems are the same problem in different clothes.
